Corporate Intl Magazine has named Epstein Becker Green as "Law Firm of the Year" in its 2014 Global Awards in the following categories: Healthcare Law in Washington D.C., Employment in Connecticut, and Occupational Health & Safety in Washington D.C. The award recognizes those firms who have been successful over the past 12 months and who have shown excellence, not only in expertise, but in service. Firms are selected based on independent research the magazine conducts as well as feedback from its editorial team. Selection is based on service type, service range, business type, geographical location, how the business operates, and the expertise each team can offer to companies that either trade or may want to trade in their chosen jurisdiction.
Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index (2012 to 2014): Epstein Becker Green received a top rating for equality in the workplace from the Human Rights Campaign, a civil rights organization, in its Corporate Equality Index (2012 to 2014). The index has become a roadmap and benchmark tool for U.S. businesses to gauge equality in the workplace for lesbians, gays, bisexuals, and transgenders (LGBT). The rating criteria for the index are rigorous, fair, and transparent. In addition, the index identifies emerging best practices that can improve the experiences of LGBT employees. Founded in 1980, the Human Rights Campaign advocates on behalf of the LGBT Americans, mobilizes grassroots actions in diverse communities, and educates the public about related issues.
The BTI Client Service A-Team 2013 report ranks Epstein Becker Green as one of the top 30 law firms in the United States in client service excellence out of 650 firms serving Fortune 1000 and other large organizations. BTI states that the only way to earn a score in this ranking is to be recognized, unprompted, by one of the firm's clients as delivering client service excellence. Firms are ranked according to 17 categories of client service.
ACQ U.S. Leading Diversity Firm of 2013: The Financial Times ACQ Global Awards are an annual awards program celebrating industry practitioners across Europe, the Americas, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa in a variety of fields. Magazine readers participate in a voting system to select the winners. Epstein Becker Green is pleased to have been selected as an ACQ U.S. Leading Diversity Law Firm of the Year for 2013. ACQ recognized organizations that have shown innovation, creativity, commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion during 2013.
2012 American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA) Top Honors ranked Epstein Becker Green as the third largest of the "Top Ten Firms for 2012," with 139 members. The firm was also recognized in the following 2012 AHLA Top Honors categories:

LMG Life Sciences conducted research including over 1,000 online surveys and interviews with nearly 600 attorneys in the United States, as well as a review of public information and feedback from clients within the industry. 11th Edition of Practical Law Company's Employment Guide: Four Epstein Becker Green attorneys have been "recognized as leading employment lawyers" in the United States, in the 11th edition of Practical Law Company's Employment Guide. This is a multi-jurisdictional guide that provides information on topical cross-border labor and employee benefits issues, country-specific Q&As on labor law and practice, and details of recommended labor lawyers and law firms in 37 jurisdictions around the world. The guide covers information relating to contractual and implied terms of employment, minimum wages, discrimination and harassment, consequence of business transfers, and taxation. DealMakers Monthly – 2011 Global Leading Firms "Top Tier Rankings": Epstein Becker Green was named Law Firm of the Year in Litigation in North America by DealMakers Monthly in its 2011 Global Leading Firms "Top Tier Rankings." The DealMakers' ranking campaign, is created via a thorough, global poll of the magazine's readership, which asks voting readers to put forward nominations for those law firms that are, in their opinion "Top Tier" within their chosen area of specialization. The votes are internally assessed by the magazine's editors, and externally assessed by a panel of judges, who have been chosen for their experience and knowledge of the industry. The rankings provide a comprehensive list of those law firms that are truly "Top Tier" and in essence set the benchmark for all others to follow.
The Washington Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights and Urban Affairs honored Epstein Becker Green with the 2010 Outstanding Achievement Award, in the Public Education category. The luncheon ceremony was held on June 16, at the Grand Hyatt Washington Hotel on H Street. The mission of the Washington Lawyers' Committee is to mobilize resources of the private bar to address issues of discrimination and poverty. Over the past two years, Epstein Becker Green's partnership with Emery Education Center has found many creative ways to use legal resources to benefit the school's students and their parents. Questions from parents at a school awards program led to a legal information booth at Emery's Back-to-School Night. The attorneys from the Firm who staffed the booth distributed information about divorce, parental rights, and landlord-tenant issues. They also provided materials for the school's parent resource center. The Firm has also brought the "Breakfast with a Legend" program, created by Street Law, Inc., to Emery. During the six-week program, Emery's sixth and seventh graders were able to have breakfast with two of the Firm's attorneys and an administrative law judge from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. They learned about the life and work of these "legends," and with them, they began to explore the concepts of rules and laws and to apply these concepts to their own lives at home and school.
Workforce Management magazine, which analyzes business, human resources trends, management, and the art of leading a workforce - selected Epstein Becker Green as one of the top 22 employment law firms in its Employment Law Firms Hot List. The list was published in the November 17, 2008, edition of the magazine.
