Portland, OR (March 5, 2023) Epstein Becker Green (EBG) is pleased to announce that Haley Morrison has joined as a Member of the Firm in the Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practice in Portland, Oregon. She joins from one of Portland’s largest law firms amid EBG’s expansion along the West Coast, which includes the additions of employment attorney Kimberly Carter in Los Angeles in December and a group of six attorneys in Portland last year.

“Haley will be a tremendous asset and complement to the capabilities and experience of the attorneys in our Portland office, as well as nationwide,” said David W. Garland, a Chair of the firm’s national Employment, Labor & Workforce Management Steering Committee. “With robust trial and arbitration experience, as well as an impressive track record in high-stakes litigation involving clients of significant scale, Haley punctuates an already impressive labor and employment roster across EBG’s West Coast offices in addition to its East Coast roots.”

Morrison started her practice at an AmLaw 20 firm in California before moving back home to Portland. Her clients run the gamut from startups to Fortune 100 companies. She provides counsel on a broad range of matters, with a particular focus on employment litigation in California and Oregon, in both single-plaintiff and class action contexts, as well as trade secret litigation. She conducts comprehensive employment practice diagnostics for national and global companies and advises her clients on discrete issues in countless employment-related contexts.

“EBG offers a valuable national platform that will allow me to better serve my current clients and further expand my practice,” said Morrison. “I’m eager to join EBG’s growing Portland office and add to its bench strength on the West Coast. I look forward to working with my partners across the firm’s robust national labor and employment practice.”

“We couldn’t be more excited to welcome an attorney of Haley’s caliber into our growing Portland office,” said Eric J. Neiman, Managing Member of EBG’s Portland office. “We are passionate about building a team that mirrors what EBG has built nationwide, and adding Haley is another big step in that direction.”

She has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America, Chambers USA, and Super Lawyers in Oregon and California, among others.

EBG’s addition of Morrison continues a broader expansion of the firm’s Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practice: In October, the firm announced the arrival of five employee benefits and executive compensation attorneys in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
