We assist clients with obtaining the necessary licenses and permits from state and local regulatory authorities, including but not limited to, certificates of occupancy, fire and health permits, alcohol and beverage licenses, and other specialty permits for the hospitality and restaurant industries. We review clients' operations to ensure they comply with applicable rules and regulations. We also represent clients in legal and administrative enforcement hearings and proceedings arising from alleged violations of federal, state, and local laws and ordinances. In addition, we provide counsel on tax incentives and other government incentive programs, including public/private partnerships for infrastructure and amenities development.
