Epstein Becker Green represented an individual, pro bono, in obtaining compassionate release, pursuant to a motion granted by Judge McBryde in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. The government vigorously opposed our motion, and the judge granted it within hours after the government filed its response.
