James P. Flynn, Member of the Firm and General Counsel of Epstein Becker Green will moderate a panel discussion at the Seton Hall Circuit Review Symposium: "Be Careful Who You 'Like': Legal and Ethical Implications of Social Media Use in the Workplace and Employment and Labor Litigation" on February 5, 2013. This half day, 5-CLE-credit conference will be held at Seton Hall Law School in Newark.
