Gregory Keating, Member of the Firm, will participate in the panel discussion, "Effective Whistleblower Programs," at the Financial Crimes: Risks, Trends, and Proven Practices virtual conference which runs from March 30 to 31, hosted by Compliance Week.

The panel will examine new requirements and best practices in federal programs, plus how they best work within a geographically distributed workforce.

The conference will look at the new regulatory and legal mandates, examine lessons learned from enforcement actions, and provide industry perspectives on the latest developments in the financial crime space, including money laundering, bribery, sanctions violations and market manipulation. Panels will evaluate and explain ongoing regulatory reform efforts, plus examine recent fraud trends and operational challenges related to COVID-19.
