Jack Wenik, Member of the Firm, will co-present "301 State False Claims & Medicaid Fraud Enforcement Update," a session at the Health Care Compliance Association's Healthcare Enforcement Compliance Institute, which runs October 23 to 26, 2016.

Mr. Wenik and George Codding Sr., Assistant Attorney General, State of Colorado, will discuss the latest trends in false claims and Medicaid fraud enforcement at the state level. This will be an interactive forum designed to facilitate greater collaboration between legal and compliance teams.
