Gary Herschman, Anjana Patel, and Glenn Prives, Members of the Firm, contribute to a special educational track, "Deep Dive on Private Equity Deals for Orthopaedic Groups," at the Orthopaedic Summit 2023, which runs from September 19 to 23.

Anjana will moderate “How to Maximize Your Practice’s Value by ‘Getting Your House in Order.’”

Glenn will moderate “The Anatomy of a Private Equity Transaction—What to Expect at Each Stage of the Process and Key Strategies for Achieving Optimal Terms.”
