Whipple said he will primarily focus on employment litigation, advice and counsel; executive compensation; and negotiating executive employment contracts and separation agreements. One area he particularly enjoys is the temporary restraining order/preliminary injunction practice, where clients enforce their rights of notice, noncompete and preservation of confidential information, he said. He added that another area he finds stimulating is employee and whistleblower claims investigation.
