Steven M. Swirsky, a partner who represents employers at Epstein Becker in New York, told Bloomberg BNA the court’s ruling today will get the attention of the new Trump administration.
“It’ll be interesting to see how this plays out going forward because you have a new administration with a lot of vacancies,” Swirsky said. “Once you get below the cabinet and secretary positions, there are a lot of positions still to be filled, the lawyer said. Mr. Swirsky also co-authored a post about this issue on Epstein Becker Green's Management Memo blog.
