States Return to Jury Trial Shutdowns
Many states that had been taking first steps toward resuming jury trials are now shutting down those experiments because of the spike in COVID-19 cases. These jurisdictions include New York, New Jersey, and the Eastern District of Texas, among others. Here’s what businesses can expect.
