NLRB/FTC Team Up on Non-Competes

Despite the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in West Virginia v. EPA that agencies must have “clear congressional authorization” to decide issues of major economic and political significance, the National Labor Relations Board and Federal Trade Commission have announced that they will work together to address certain issues affecting the labor market, including regulating non-competes.
