There were many significant wage-hour developments in 2017. Those developments set the stage for some rather substantial issues to be addressed. This article discusses several of the issues, including arbitration agreements with class action waivers, California’s Private Attorneys General Act, a new proposed salary level for white-collar exemptions, and changes in federal wage-and-hour enforcement policies and practices.
