New York State Bar Association's Food, Drug and Cosmetic (FDC) Law Section offers both experienced and novice practitioners excellent opportunities to enhance their professional skills and knowledge. Section activities provide members with valuable opportunities to meet and network with in-house, law firm, federal and state regulatory agency, industry self-regulatory body, and trade association attorneys from around the country. Each year the Section features a robust Annual Meeting, which brings together national and regional experts in the food and drug arena. In addition to our Annual Meeting, the FDA Law Section features year-long opportunities to get involved in our product-specific committees and continuing legal education to comment on and advance regulatory law in the food and drug law space.
