Bethany Hickey is a deal lawyer who guides clients through all aspects of corporate transactions in the complex and highly regulated health care, life sciences, and financial services industries.

Private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, investors, management teams, and family offices, among others, turn to Bethany to represent them at every stage of mergers, acquisitions, auctions, cross-border transactions, leveraged buyouts, reorganizations, recapitalizations, 363 acquisitions, growth equity financing, and joint ventures. Additionally, she manages the due diligence process and drafts, reviews, and negotiates transaction documents.

Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Bethany was an M&A attorney in the New York City office of a global law firm.
