Epstein Becker Green Launches Employers and the New Administration, a Special Podcast Series

New York, NY (February 10, 2021) – Epstein Becker Green (EBG) is excited to launch Employers and the New Administration, a special podcast series from Employment Law This Week^®. This series will go beyond the headlines. Employers will hear what to expect from the Biden administration in the first 100 days and get insights on adjusting workforce management strategy as legal, policy, and regulatory changes are made in Washington. Episodes will feature government, trade association, and industry insiders who are closely tracking the issues in employment and labor law that are being implemented by the Biden administration.

His leadership could indicate a major shift at the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). The episode features guest Gregory Keating, a Member of the Firm in EBG’s Boston office, who has testified before the U.S. Senate on creating effective compliance programs and who served for four years on the DOL’s Whistleblower Protection Advisory Committee.
